Role: Graduate Accelerator Program (GAP) Coordinator

About the Role

The Graduate Accelerator Program (GAP) Coordinator is a strategic salesperson who is a well-organized, self-starter and is capable of creating and maintaining strong relationships. Primary duties include leading outreach efforts to drive lead generation, recruiting outstanding talent, owning the admissions process, and building partnerships with universities and student organizations.

What we're looking for:

  • Detail Oriented - You’ll be responsible for crucial elements of the program’s success that, when combined, help lead to impactful outcomes for our students and corporate partners
  • Self-Starter - We’re looking for a serious self-starter (you'll be the point-person for our network of talent pipeline partners and graduate accelerator applicants so being resourceful and solutions-oriented are keys to success)
  • Team Player - Teamwork makes the dream work, right?! We have a small but awesome team and working together is crucial!
  • Experience - An administrative, program management, operations, or logistics background is an A+++ (but not mandatory)
  • Hustler - Hustle and 'make it happen' attitudes make us smile.
