Our programs are 8-weeks, run monthly, and we do all of the recruiting based on partner guidelines. We also work directly with partners to establish an approval process, set participant limits, and provide assessments and status updates on how individuals are progressing.
We bridge the gap between traditional tech education and hiring partners, reskilling professionals for careers in the digital workforce, aligned with local and national hiring demands for tech and tech adjacent roles.
Through these initiatives, our mission is to help unemployed and underemployed adults reskill themselves into opportunities in the digital workforce. We also work hand-in-hand with our program partners to invest in their residents and connect with local companies to further the investment in their communities. Our business development team builds relationships with local businesses and leverages our remote hiring partners to work with our students to help find them a career after they finished their course.
